📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Epic IT roles across clinical, revenue cycle, and tech.
• Define project-based hiring needs with leadership for rapid fulfillment.
• Build a high-velocity pipeline of Epic-certified consultants via sourcing.
• Assess qualifications and Epic certifications to ensure client fit.
• Serve as primary contact for consultants; manage timelines and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships for repeat placements and long-term engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of contract healthcare IT recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting Epic IT pros across clinical and revenue cycle.
• Understanding of contract recruiting dynamics, including rate negotiation and deployment.
• Strong sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS and Microsoft Office; data accuracy.
