Lead, mentor, and manage a small engineering team to achieve complex design goals.
Design, prototype, and document standalone elements or system components.
Prepare BOMs, assembly instructions, and test plans for Prod/Impl transfers.
Collaborate with QA to ensure requirements and readiness for Production.
Provide technical guidance to Sales for existing and legacy products.
Occasional travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years hands-on product and system design experience.
Digital and analog design for volume production reliability.
Electrical design using schematic capture tools.
Prototype debugging with oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
Embedded firmware development and version control.
