  • Act as primary contact for strategic and operational questions for C&A leadership globally.
  • Develop strategic plans for C&A groups, including capacity planning and KPI setting.
  • Design, launch and lead global transformation programs; improve operating model; report progress to leadership.
  • Hands-on problem solving; pivot from strategy to execution; drive initiatives to adoption.
  • Coach individuals on analyses, dashboards, and presentations to improve the business; unblock blockers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with C&A, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, HR, FP&A, Revenue Ops, Enablement, and GTM Strategy & Operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise GTM strategy, channels & alliances, or revenue ops.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Confident, low-ego leader; shine when the team shines.
  • Strong ownership; own and measure outcomes with the C&A business.
  • Proven ability to derive actionable recommendations from data; coach others.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
  • AI/automation mindset: AI to augment analysis, not replace human thinking.
