- 5+ years in enterprise GTM strategy, channels & alliances, or revenue ops.
- Prior people management experience.
- Confident, low-ego leader; shine when the team shines.
- Strong ownership; own and measure outcomes with the C&A business.
- Proven ability to derive actionable recommendations from data; coach others.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
- AI/automation mindset: AI to augment analysis, not replace human thinking.
