📋 Description

• Lead GTM Recruiting for post-sales and marketing teams.
• Own hiring strategy and execution for key Brex teams.
• Partner with leadership to attract and close top talent in a competitive environment.
• Own team performance, pipeline health, and candidate experience.
• Drive interview quality, calibration, and offer strategy across team.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating leadership-level candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
• 2+ years of people management leading GTM recruiting teams
• Track record of developing recruiters: giving direct feedback, running 1:1s
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
• Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving org
