  • Track record of developing recruiters: giving direct feedback, running 1:1s
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data
  • Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving org
