🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth tech
  • 2+ years of people management leading GTM recruiting teams
  • Track record of developing recruiters via feedback, 1:1s, and coaching
  • Strong analytical instincts; translate pipeline data into action
  • Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving org
