📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a GTM Recruiting team
• Set and drive pipeline quality, conversion, and time-to-fill
• Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate needs into sourcing strategies
• Maintain pipeline health; surface risks to leadership
• Champion process quality across interviews, calibration, and offers
• Develop and refine frameworks for evaluating leadership-level roles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth tech
• 2+ years of people management leading GTM recruiting teams
• Track record of developing recruiters via feedback, 1:1s, and coaching
• Strong analytical instincts; translate pipeline data into action
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
• Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving org
