  • Lead, coach, and develop a GTM Recruiters team focused on hiring top talent
  • Set and drive team goals around pipeline quality, conversion, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate hiring needs into sourcing and assessment strategies
  • Maintain pipeline health across your function; surface risks and recommendations to leadership
  • Champion recruiting process quality, driving consistency in interviews, calibration, and offer strategy
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating candidates in specialized and leadership roles

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
  • 2+ years of people management experience leading GTM recruiting teams
  • Track record of developing recruiters: giving direct feedback, running 1:1s, and building high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical instincts; comfortable reading pipeline data and translating it into action
  • Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity in a fast-moving, evolving org
