Manager, GTM Recruiting

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a GTM Recruiting team to hire top talent
• Set and drive team goals for pipeline quality, conversion, and time-to-fill
• Partner with GTM leaders to translate needs into sourcing and assessment
• Maintain pipeline health view; surface risks to leadership
• Champion process quality; drive consistency in interviews and offers
• Develop frameworks for evaluating candidates in specialized/leadership roles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
• 2+ years of people management leading GTM recruiting teams
• Track record of developing recruiters: feedback, 1:1s, high-performing teams
• Strong analytical instincts; able to read pipeline data and act
• Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
• Able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous org
