🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of GTM recruiting experience in high-growth or venture-backed tech companies
  • 2+ years of people management leading GTM recruiting teams
  • Track record of developing recruiters: feedback, 1:1s, high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical instincts; able to read pipeline data and act
  • Experience as a strategic partner to senior leadership
  • Able to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous org
