Balance scale and personalization for role-specific onboarding.
Partner with GTM Systems to onboard hires onto the tech stack and certifications.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading GTM onboarding (or function-specific onboarding).
5+ years professional experience, incl 3+ years in training/onboarding.
Exceptional project management skills with Asana or similar tools.
Familiarity with GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Highspot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with a knack for scaling.
Ownership mindset; able to own, iterate onboarding with minimal oversight.
