🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in political science or policy; meteorology a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in government affairs or public policy.
- Strong advocacy and communication skills; able to navigate tough policy debates.
- Existing relationships with Congressional staff or agencies preferred.
- Experience with AMS or NWA strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
