🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4–7+ years in HQ retail operations or leadership focused on operations.
- Experience contributing to technology roadmaps or large-scale system implementations.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, RFID, inventory management, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Experience developing retail policies and operational standards.
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decisions, executive-ready communication, and travel flexibility.
