  • Own and evolve Global Readiness across the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Lead and develop a Global Readiness team, including hiring and performance management.
  • Establish cross-functional readiness SOPs and governance for data residency, tools, billing, content, and QA.
  • Partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, Localization, Support, and Sales to identify requirements early.
  • Ensure global launch plans reflect localization and regulatory compliance across regional dependencies.
  • Provide executive visibility into readiness risks via dashboards and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Studies, Localization, Operations, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of global product launches, international expansion, or large cross-functional programs in SaaS/tech.
  • 5+ years of people management across functions/geographies.
  • Ability to lead across regions using influence, not direct authority.
  • Localization and internationalization; regulatory/compliance; SaaS readiness including data residency.
  • Proven experience defining operating models, SOPs, governance, and success metrics.
