Lead, coach, and drive accountability for a global proposal team
Oversee end-to-end RFP/RFI and proposal responses for R&D, Quality, and MedTech
Partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Strategy, and Services to refine processes and content
Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time proposal delivery
Oversee capacity planning and prioritization across regions
Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools to speed content generation and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years in proposal management in enterprise SaaS/technology
2+ years of people management experience
2+ years of hands-on experience with proposal tools (e.g., Responsive)
Experience recruiting and hiring proposal professionals
Experience supporting teams across North America and Europe
