Manager, Global Product Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead global product compliance and market access across international markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into development, launches, and changes.
• Own certification programs from planning to approval (risk, strategy, testing, submissions).
• SME on EMC, RF, electrical safety, battery safety, laser safety, and wireless regs.
• Build relations with labs, cert bodies, industry groups, and regulators.
• Lead internal reviews/audits; manage regulatory changes and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or related roles.
• Global product compliance experience for hardware/connected products (EMC, RF, electrical safety, battery safety, laser safety).
• Advanced knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, certification pathways, and approval strategies.
• Strong experience engaging with testing labs, certification bodies, regulators, and industry groups.
• Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable plans and guide product teams.
