Oversee the worldwide payroll cycle from documentation to remittance and accruals.
Manage global payroll vendors and in-country providers; resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with payroll laws across jurisdictions; oversee equity withholding.
Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team; cross-train and document processes.
Collaborate with HR, FP&A, and Sales Ops to simplify pay-related reporting.
Administer bonus and commission plans with accurate payment and GL capitalization.

🎯 Requirements

ADP Workforce Now experience required
NetSuite and Rippling experience preferred
CPP or equivalent payroll certification preferred
7+ years of payroll experience including multi-state US and international
5+ years accounting experience required
3+ years management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
