  • Define and optimize end-to-end desk processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT on Salesforce/PRM enhancements to improve partner experience.
  • Monitor metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner sales ops or channel sales, SaaS/tech preferred.
  • 2+ years mentoring a team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience defining and scaling complex ops processes globally.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking; translate metrics into actions.
