๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in partner sales ops or channel sales, SaaS/tech preferred.
- 2+ years mentoring a team or leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience defining and scaling complex ops processes globally.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Analytical and strategic thinking; translate metrics into actions.
