  • Lead and mentor a team of Global Partner Program Operations Specialists.
  • Define team priorities, allocate resources, and set KPIs for ops excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as the organization scales.
  • Define end-to-end ops processes for scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Oversee high-volume partner ops: onboarding, due diligence with Finance/Partner Sales, and agreement processing.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to track operational performance and compliance.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner operations, channel ops, or partner program mgmt (SaaS/tech).
  • 2+ years leading a team or cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and scale complex ops across global teams.
  • Hands-on with core partner systems (Salesforce + a PRM like Impartner).
  • Strong leadership and collaboration with exec stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal) and partners.
  • Advanced analytical thinking; translate operational metrics into strategies.
