- Lead and mentor a team of Global Partner Program Operations Specialists.

- 5+ years in partner operations, channel ops, or partner program mgmt (SaaS/tech).
- 2+ years leading a team or cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to define, implement, and scale complex ops across global teams.
- Hands-on with core partner systems (Salesforce + a PRM like Impartner).
- Strong leadership and collaboration with exec stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal) and partners.
- Advanced analytical thinking; translate operational metrics into strategies.
