  • Develop and implement the practices for the operating playbook across global markets
  • Develop acquisition strategies and growth playbooks
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, programming frameworks, and membership experience guidelines
  • Own end-to-end onboarding of international licensees from contract execution through market launch
  • Oversee deployment of the Peoplevine CRM including workflows, mobile app, and payments
  • Train licensee partners on platform functionality and best practices

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in program management, partnerships, or operations in membership-based communities
  • Experience managing global or multi-market initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead onboarding or implementation projects
  • Experience with CRM systems; Peoplevine a plus
  • Exceptional stakeholder and executive engagement and communication
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and identify partner needs
