- 10+ years in program management, partnerships, or operations in membership-based communities
- Experience managing global or multi-market initiatives
- Proven ability to lead onboarding or implementation projects
- Experience with CRM systems; Peoplevine a plus
- Exceptional stakeholder and executive engagement and communication
- Ability to work with ambiguity and identify partner needs
