  • Execute end-to-end employee equity administration across key lifecycle events.
  • Run recurring equity operations cycles with timelines and checklists.
  • Produce audit-ready equity reporting to support accounting and compliance.
  • Build automated reporting (scheduled reports, dashboards, reconciliations).
  • Support equity system operations (Shareworks or similar) and troubleshoot.
  • Partner with Internal Controls to maintain process docs and controls.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive equity administration experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of equity administration platforms (Shareworks preferred) with reporting.
  • Ability to operate with precision and urgency in time-sensitive processes.
  • Comfort working across equity data flows with HRIS, payroll, and accounting partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and analytics tools.
  • High ownership and prioritization, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
