- Execute end-to-end employee equity administration across key lifecycle events.
- Run recurring equity operations cycles with timelines and checklists.
- Produce audit-ready equity reporting to support accounting and compliance.
- Build automated reporting (scheduled reports, dashboards, reconciliations).
- Support equity system operations (Shareworks or similar) and troubleshoot.
- Partner with Internal Controls to maintain process docs and controls.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive equity administration experience in a high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of equity administration platforms (Shareworks preferred) with reporting.
- Ability to operate with precision and urgency in time-sensitive processes.
- Comfort working across equity data flows with HRIS, payroll, and accounting partners.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and analytics tools.
- High ownership and prioritization, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
