- Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions (health coverage, pension, social insurance, leave, tax, data privacy).
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and external vendors to support deductions, funding, reconciliations, and cross-border reporting.
- Oversee benefits administration platforms and related systems, including configuration governance, data integrity, and vendor performance.
π― Requirements
- 8+ years in related role, or 2+ years in management.
- Demonstrated corporate benefits administration experience.
- Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
