  • Lead day-to-day administration of global benefits across regions (health, retirement, leave, wellbeing).
  • Provide oversight to benefits team on program execution, escalations, service standards, and governance.
  • Lead coordination and governance of global benefits renewals across markets, aligning to financial objectives and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in related role, or 2+ years in management.
  • Demonstrated corporate benefits administration experience.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
