📋 Description

• Directs a gameplay programming team to design and build features.
• Ensures engineering quality, timely delivery, and team wellbeing.
• Collaborates with studio leadership to uphold culture and environment.
• Plans and evaluates work to impact player experience.
• Works with Design and other departments on goals and tech limits.
• Structures and staffs the team, including hiring and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in C++ (preferred).
• Familiar with Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding procedural and OO programming.
• Adaptive coding style; Visual Studio experience required; JSON/Maya a plus.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and hiring skills.
• Excellent planning and communication for scheduling.
