Manager, Fund Controller

📋 Description

• Provide CFO services and scale Fund Administration for clients.
• Manage daily client relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and audit/tax support.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financials and LP communications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance Venture Capital product suite.
• Ensure SOC compliance and coordinate with external auditors and tax providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Venture Capital or Private Equity.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and service orientation.
• Experience interpreting LPAs and financial statements.
• Expertise in waterfall calculations, management fees, and carried interest.
• Experience with complex entity structures and consolidation.
• Proficient in MS Office; Xero, Investran, QuickBooks.
• Experience automating processes and training team members.
