📋 Description

• Own enablement content architecture for scalable programs.
• Lead modular, reusable enablement content for onboarding and rollout.
• Ensure engaging, interactive learning experiences that are maintainable.
• Partner with SMEs, Product, and Operations to define enablement needs.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate requirements into learning solutions.
• Manage multiple enablement projects with on-time delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in instructional design, learning & development, or enablement.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership.
• Proven experience designing modular, scalable learning programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with distributed or global teams.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other eLearning standards.
