Scale Fund services across UK/Europe, partnering with clients daily.
Provide capital calls, distributions, audit/tax support, and financials.
Deliver pre/post close services and quarterly/annual financials.
Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance the Private Capital suite.
Build strong client relationships and coordinate with auditors and tax providers.

🎯 Requirements

Experience maintaining multiple client relationships.
Onboarding new customers and ensuring service delivery.
Interpreting Limited Partnerships Agreements (LPAs).
Reviewing financial statements and footnotes for accuracy.
Understanding waterfall calculations, management fees, and carried interest.
Experience with complex entity structures and consolidated reporting.
