  • Min 9 years in operations; 4+ years in people mgmt in fraud/safety.
  • Proven expertise managing executive escalations and high-severity incidents.
  • Deep understanding of fraud/safety processes, controls, regional/global context.
  • Strong leadership; ability to build and coach high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in Tableau/SQL/Excel/Sheets and PM tools (JIRA/Asana).
