Manager, FP&A Data

📋 Description

• Build automated data pipelines from payments and ERP to the data warehouse.
• Use AI-assisted coding with Python/SQL to automate reconciliation and reporting.
• Perform daily/monthly data sense checks and guard FP&A data integrity.
• Architect finance tables in cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery) for single source.
• Design live dashboards and automated reports (e.g., product P&L).
• Collaborate with engineering to capture features in data models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, or CS).
• 5+ years in data analytics, FP, or systems accounting in tech.
• Expert-level SQL and Python; experience with AI-assisted coding (LLMs, Cursor).
• Strong understanding of financial logic and data integrity checks.
• Experience building data models in cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Proven track record designing dashboards and real-time reporting; translate financial needs into code.
