Partner with Commercial, R&D and Corporate teams to guide investments and costs.
Deliver monthly reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
Identify risks/opportunities in the forecast; brief leadership.
Oversee PO management and invoice accruals/matching for budgets.
Coordinate monthly close with Accounting for accuracy.
Build cross-functional partnerships to share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field with finance partner experience
8-12 years (no Master's) or 6-8 years (with Master's) in biotech
Experience budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis for global org
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Communicate technical issues clearly to non-financial audiences
Experience with NetSuite, DataRails, SAP and Oracle
