📋 Description

• Hire and develop a world-class Forward Deployed Engineering team.
• Conduct regular 1:1s; mentor engineers and grow careers.
• Lead customer engagements and resource planning.
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales to qualify engagements.
• Review architectures and code for production readiness.
• Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering or related experience.
• 2+ years people management in services/FDE.
• Experience building org from 0 to 1.
• Experience with enterprise customers on technical implementations.
• Executive presence; move between strategic talks and hands-on debugging.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate complexity for diverse audiences.
