Lead and coach a pod of Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and TPMs.
Own delivery timelines for multiple customer accounts; map objectives to platform.
Triage blockers and ensure sustainable, maintainable solutions.
Link delivery outcomes to milestones (UAT to Go-Live) and billing.
Be the voice of the field; influence roadmap with customer insights.
Drive retrospectives and create automation/docs to remove recurring pain.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in CS or equivalent; capable in SaaS architecture, APIs, data models.
6+ years exp; 1–2 years in leadership/player-coach in SaaS delivery or FDE.
Familiar with B2B SaaS; fintech/insurance/underwriting experience a plus.
Lead high-stakes customer calls; translate risks to outcomes for execs.
Comfortable with SQL and JavaScript to audit output.
N avigate blockers; build cross-team relations (Sales, CS, Product, Eng).
