- Write/review production-grade code; guide backend, data, and ML decisions
- Translate tradeoffs into delivery plans, risk posture, and measurable outcomes
- Elevate team performance with clarity, judgment, and credibility
- Turn field experience into actionable feedback for Product, Research, and GTM
