🎯 Requirements

- 6+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or safety-critical industries
- 3+ years of technical leadership or engineering management
- Track record leading complex hardware or integrated system development across lifecycles
- Strong systems integration, development processes, and first-principles engineering
- Experience leading trade studies, reviews, and cross-functional manufacturing efforts
