Manager, Fluid Systems Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Own the fluid systems manufacturing strategy, incl. tube bending and welding cells.
• Lead first build/test efforts, ensure design integration and BOM/work orders.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate day-to-day production of bent tubes, OTW, and welded tubing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related field.
• 6+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace/high-reliability.
• 2+ years leading or managing technical teams.
• Hands-on with tube bending, orbital welding, and TIG welding.
• Experience with precision cleaning, tooling design, and fluid systems.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
