- Review and approve fixed asset transactions and journal entries in a manufacturing environment (including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals) for month-end close
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to build out fixed asset tagging process across 3 sites
- Review monthly/quarterly/annual fixed asset roll forwards
- Prepare and review explanations for monthly flux analyses
- Manage internal fixed asset roadmap and work cross functionally to enhance full cycle fixed asset management process
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding fixed asset-related inquiries and documentation
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience with high-volume fixed asset transactions
- Technical understanding of fixed asset accounting under GAAP
- Proven leadership, strong communication and financial data analysis skills
- Focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement
- Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)
