Manager, Financial Reporting (SEC)

📋 Description

• Manage the preparation of SEC filings: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and schedules.
• Review monthly portfolio metrics prepared by senior real estate analysts.
• Review monthly/quarterly internal reporting for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with IR, GL, and portfolio management for quarterly materials.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Review asset-level reporting by asset-level accountants.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in accounting (BA/BS); MAcc preferred.
• 5+ years in financial reporting, accounting, or audit.
• Big 4/public accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; strong communication.
• Proactive, analytical, and collaborative team player; adaptable.
