- Prepare SEC filings including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and supporting schedules.
- Review monthly portfolio metrics with asset financial services and portfolio oversight.
- Review monthly/quarterly internal reporting for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with investor relations, general ledger, and portfolio management for quarterly earnings materials and presentations.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls; review asset-level reporting.
- Support the independent auditor through quarterly reviews and annual audits; drive data analytics and automation to streamline reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- College degree in accounting; MAcc or advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit; ideally 2+ years public accounting experience.
- Big 4 or other public accounting experience (preferred).
- CPA (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and application of GAAP accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
