Manager, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Support the S-1 filing: financials, MD&A, and footnotes per SEC/GAAP.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, and IR to align reporting with the S-1.
• Work with auditors, valuation specialists, and counsel for filing readiness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per US GAAP.
• Assist with non-GAAP reconciliations, metrics, and investor disclosures.
• Draft technical accounting memos; support SOX 404(a) readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years accounting with tech/financial reporting
• Active CPA license
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to research issues
• Big 4 or high-growth tech company experience
• Proficient in NetSuite and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented
