🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in public accounting with SEC-registered companies
- Experience in accounting advisory or transaction services strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; actively licensed CPA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Experience in technical accounting research and drafting memoranda and presentations
- Curious and proactive about adopting AI to improve efficiency
