Manager, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and investor materials.
• Draft disclosures aligned with US GAAP; prepare internal reports.
• Prepare financial statements and cash flow statements; reflect complex areas.
• Manage quarterly reporting cycle; calendar with stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors for timely audits/reviews.
• Optimize SEC processes and strengthen internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years progressive accounting; at least 4 years SEC reporting.
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license strongly preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; experience drafting FS.
• Proficient in Workiva, Intelligize; Oracle Fusion; Excel.
• Self-starter; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
