📋 Description

• Lead SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K), XBRL exhibits, and related materials.
• Draft disclosures aligned with US GAAP; prepare internal reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and cash flow, handling complex accounting.
• Manage quarterly reporting cycle; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors for audits/reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and drive automation in SEC reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years progressive accounting, 4+ yrs SEC reporting.
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and drafting statements.
• Proficient in Workiva, Intelligize; Oracle Fusion; Excel.
• Self-starter; independent work style; meets deadlines.
