Manager, Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and XBRL exhibits.
• Draft disclosures aligned with US GAAP; prepare internal reporting materials.
• Prepare financial statements and the cash flow statement; reflect complex accounting.
• Project manage quarterly reporting cycle; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely audits.
• Mentor junior staff; support ad hoc reporting in a remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, incl 4+ years SEC reporting.
• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Active CPA license strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and drafting financial statements
• Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize) and Oracle Fusion
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
