- Collaborate with CFOs/Controllers and internal teams to gather data
- Use Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx to analyze data and identify trends
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in audit and/or financial due diligence (Big 4 preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial due diligence: QOE, EBITDA, NWC, Net Debt
- Experience with target company CFOs/Controllers and Private Equity Partners
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis
- Excel and PowerPoint advanced; Power BI and Alteryx a plus
- CFA or advanced degree preferred
