Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Private Equity Advisory

📋 Description

• Perform financial due diligence for buy/sell transactions, incl. QOE
• Review and interpret financials under GAAP and related standards
• Develop client deliverables with Excel analyses and PowerPoint
• Manage multiple projects with timely, accurate deliverables
• Collaborate with CFOs/Controllers to gather data and insights
• Use Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx to analyze data and trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in audit or financial due diligence, preferably Big 4
• Strong due diligence knowledge incl. QOE, EBITDA, NWC, Net Debt
• Experience with target CFOs/Controllers and PE Partners
• GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis
• Excel and PowerPoint mastery; Power BI & Alteryx a plus
• Onsite in San Francisco three days per week
