Support FDD analytics engagements across buy/sell, QOE, NWC, and lender advisory.
Contribute EBITDA normalization, revenue recognition, WC peg, and cash flow analyses.
Provide data-driven insights from large datasets to address transaction risks.
Build/maintain financial models and dashboards using Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
Oversee project setup, planning, budgeting, and billing.
Monitor M&A trends and AI tools; communicate impact to clients and teams.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in financial due diligence or related advisory.
QOE, working capital analyses, and financial statement eval in M&A.
Experience with PE and corporate clients.
Proficiency with Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, Snowflake, Databricks.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
