- 5-7+ years in Finance Operations or Revenue Operations; 3+ years people management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite; Certinia and Tableau a plus.
- Advanced Excel; experience with ARR cubes.
- Strong SaaS contracts, bookings, billing cycles, and quote-to-cash knowledge.
- Ability to pivot between strategy and hands-on data prep/execution.
- Proven track record leading teams and delivering results; talent development.
