📋 Description

  • Lead and develop an inclusive pre-sales team in Stockholm.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or similar.
  • Track record mentoring and scaling pre-sales teams with inclusive leadership.
  • Understanding of consumption-based or subscription models and business impact.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales and cross-functional leaders; balance value, feasibility, and priorities.
  • Strong communication and fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science; consulting or customer-facing a plus.
