Manager, Facilities Operations (Datacenters)

📋 Description

• Lead supervisors and technicians to ensure zero unplanned service interruptions
• Manage scheduling, forecasting, and safety/reliability in operations
• Plan and execute projects with engineers to bolster efficiency
• Review instructions to improve work center processes and execution
• Assess resource needs and life-cycle costs for support projects
• Oversee on-site contractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years hands-on experience in construction, facility maintenance, or manufacturing support
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or construction (preferred)
• Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Must be willing to travel as needed
