Manager, Execution Engineering

📋 Description

• Manage design and engineering of large utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
• Oversee technical design, QA, compliance; risk management and mentorship.
• Lead project execution: scopes, proposals, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback; optimize PV/BESS designs for cost.
• Support procurement, RFPs, due diligence, and vendor reviews.
• Lead commissioning; QA/QC, punch lists, and site visits as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering in energy systems, development, or construction
• 5+ years project management/consulting or as a project engineer
• Electrical design: 1-line/3-line diagrams, NEC sizing; PE preferred
• Medium voltage collector system design experience
• Procore or similar CM platforms; MS Office proficiency
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; travel up to 25%
