Manager, Event Production

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end production of CoreWeave-hosted events and executive programs.
• Lead all production logistics: venue sourcing, AV, content, run-of-show, on-site execution.
• Manage event budgets, agency relationships, and freelancer coordination.
• Partner with brand, design, and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Build and maintain production timelines, project plans, and status docs.
• Define event KPIs and contribute to post-event reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in event production or corporate event management.
• Proven track record with large-scale corporate events and executive experiences.
• Experience in B2B tech, cloud infrastructure, or AI-adjacent industries preferred.
• Strong project management with attention to detail; manage multiple productions.
• Skilled at budgets, agencies, and vendor management in fast-moving environments.
• Clear communicator and cross-team collaborator across time zones.
