Manager, Environmental Testing

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a manufacturing engineering team for environmental tests.
• Own manufacturing strategy and execution for environmental test hardware and fixtures.
• Drive development of processes and equipment for efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Establish manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee root cause investigations and corrective actions for test issues.
• Ensure environmental test systems are ready and aligned with requirements and schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (related field).
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering including hardware build and process development.
• 2+ years leading engineers or technicians.
• 3+ years hands-on environmental testing (vibration, thermal, TVAC, burn-in).
• Experience developing test hardware and fixtures (vibe fixtures, thermal/TVAC setups).
• Working knowledge of SMC-S-016.
