π― Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (related field).
- 3+ years in manufacturing engineering including hardware build and process development.
- 2+ years leading engineers or technicians.
- 3+ years hands-on environmental testing (vibration, thermal, TVAC, burn-in).
- Experience developing test hardware and fixtures (vibe fixtures, thermal/TVAC setups).
- Working knowledge of SMC-S-016.
