Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (Process Safety)

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day and long-term process safety team priorities.
• Coordinate with site leadership on process safety involvement.
• Represent EHS in site-wide management meetings.
• Provide guidance on job tasks and procedures; ensure accuracy.
• Communicate mission/values in team goals and work tasks.
• Implement OSHA-based occupational safety programs and docs.
• Coordinate with local resource agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with emphasis in process safety or related field.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and overseeing process safety disciplines.
• 3+ years of process safety management experience.
• Experience leading a team of process safety engineers and technicians.
• Advanced knowledge of NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act).
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment datasheets, and instrumentation diagrams.
