Manager, Enterprise Risk

📋 Description

• Design and mature an enterprise risk framework for crypto operations.
• Establish risk appetite, tolerances, and KRIs aligned to strategy and regs.
• Maintain enterprise risk register; ensure proper ownership and escalation.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments; translate findings into mitigations.
• Oversee crypto risk areas: custody, smart contracts, liquidity, counterparty risk.
• Manage risk governance, reporting, BCM, and regulatory interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree; CRCM or similar certifications preferred.
• 6+ years in trading, crypto, banking, fintech, or regulated sectors.
• Crypto/digital asset risk assessments experience (exchange/custodian).
• Ability to design/implement operational risk frameworks from scratch or enhancements.
• Strong model risk management knowledge; SR 11-7 familiarity.
• Python or R coding ability for risk modeling and data analytics.
